No Monopoly Geniuses is the brainchild of John Feely and Borja Chávarri with a vision of bringing effective, low-cost marketing and production services to life across the business and entertainment worlds. So let’s meet them, shall we?

John Feely

Operations Manager

A music promoter who has worked with Amr Diab the biggest selling and influential singer in the Arab world and the legendary Sabah as operations manager of Arab American TV in Hollywood, hired by Peter Paterno, Guns N’ Roses and Metallica’s lawyer to do marketing and promotion for Hollywood Records part of Disney, which is the tip of the iceberg. John has also promoted music venues and bands in world famous clubs on the Sunset Boulevard and across American states, when it comes to John’s extensive resume of fashion, music, retail, game, Vegas Cabaret and cinema. An industry veteran with more than twenty-five years in the industry, John brings the experience of a veteran warrior to help teach and guide the next generation of creators in a world at war with anything that would dare to break the narrative of the glass ceiling. He has seen what changed the world of entertainment first hand, and carries the spark to reignite the creative revolution.

Borja Chávarri

Comic & Animation Director

NMG’s Creative Director, a man of passion, boosting an encyclopaedic level of knowledge. Migrating to the UK from the exotic nation of Chile, Borja is writer and comic creator who has come to the UK in search of new horizons; he has worked as a journalist, columnist, translator, and editor for various online publications and published magazines. Borja sees the limitless power in the UK and has worked, under the guidance of John, to build this platform that will allow other creators to have a fair chance at seeing their projects come to life.

Stephanie Griffiths

Animation & Puppetry Director

It takes guts to be who you are, it takes greater guts to be who you are against a world that shuns your true self for arbitrary reasons. Stephanie Griffiths is a valiant trans woman who has braved the tides of change and come out the other side far stronger than she could have ever imagined.

But when she is not developing new projects she keeps the wolf from the door by teaching partime the art of shadow puppetry and animation techniques at various institutions such Central St martins, City Lit as well as running workshops about puppetry for BBC’s Children in Need, amongst many others.

Stephanie developed her skills as an animator, director puppeteer and puppet maker which allowed her to find her way into award winning TV productions, such as the BBC and Carlton TV. Stephanie made her name through the world of animation at a time were British animation, and in particular, stop motion, was exploding in popularity, she directed the Pilot and was a crucial part of getting the project off the ground in the launch of the TV phenomenon known as “Bob the Builder”, she also directed the popular children’s TV series “Old Bear Stories” based on the books written by Jane Hissey, for which she Won a BAFTA for Best children’s Programme, and a Gold Medal from the New York Film Festival, the Royal Television Society Award.

Brad Mathews

PR and Communication Director

Born in Africa, Brad is a Political Reformer and Performing Arts Promoter who has spent his formative years inspired by the amazing beauty of African Music and Art. Today Brad lives in the UK where he collaborates with NoMonopolyGenius a UK Marketing and Production Company to promote Festivals, Exhibitions, Theatre Plays and Live Music Events.

Alex Castilla 

Creative Director 

Alex Castilla is a filmmaker and visual storyteller with a deep love for comedy, cinema and all things surreal. Alex manages teams of expert filmmakers and can handle everything from behind the camera to the editing suite, crafting visuals that pack style, energy and narrative punch. A graduate of the University of Westminster’s Film programme, Alex brings a background in screenwriting, cinematography and AI-integrated filmmaking, having produced a range of short films and promotional content that blend technical precision with creative flair. When he’s not writing, shooting or editing, Alex is using the latest generative tools like ComfyUI, Wan2.1 and Adobe’s Firefly AI to push the boundaries of low-budget creativity. He’s passionate about making bold ideas come to life and isn’t afraid to mix humour with horror or merge classical storytelling with cutting-edge technology. He believes a blend of tradition and innovation is the sharpest weapon in the creative revolution, and he’s here to use it.
